TEA - Texas Education Agency-the state organization providing funding, standards, and

Texas LEARNS - The Texas Adult Education and Family Literacy Partnership
(housed in the
Harris County Department of Education) provides nondiscretionary grant management functions,
program assistance and other statewide support services to Texas Adult Education and

GREAT Centers - Getting Results Educating Adults in Texas - funded through Federal, TEA and Texas Learns dollars--provides professional development through eight Project GREAT centers,
